I have a pin that is circular with a unknown clear amber stone in which is engraved a cupid with wings and another larger figure with wings. I know that this came from my grandmother but i am not sure if it was an heirloom from a previous generation. The metal on the outside of the pin is goldtone but there are no markings to indicate that it is in fact gold or silver with gold overlay. I am trying to determine what period this is from and the value of it, if any.
